SERVICES

Le Barry sleeps 14 in 7 double bedrooms with 7 bathrooms. Bedroom one is suitable for wheel chairs. There is a large Salon, Dining Room and Study. There is also a large Farmhouse Kitchen and Laundry area with up to date machines. including an icemaker. To provide for every need and requirement, there are 2 resident English staff who occupy a cottage adjacent to the barn. A cook/cleaner comes in daily.
Breakfast daily, lunch and dinner are available 5 days per week, food and drink extra. There is a large heated Swimming Pool, Tennis Court, and several different outdoor eating areas affording stunning views, all conveniently close to the house.

ANNEXE

Part of the accommodation is in the adjoining annexe which comprises two comfortable twin-bedded rooms and two complete bathrooms.

INFORMATION

Local amenities include walks, riding, fishing by arrangement. There are good restaurants, village markets, bars and local sights.

There is a Michelin 2-star restaurant within ½hour. Cahors is 40 mins with the famous Valentre bridge and many shops and restaurants.

Visit the cathedral of Moissac on the route de Saint Jacques, with famous Roman cloisters. Or Chateau de Bonaguil, the last fortified castle built in France. There are also some hill-top towns with beautiful views and Bastides which are all connected to the 100yrs war. White stone houses are the norm .The house is in the Dept of Tarn et Garonne although 100m from the border with the Lot, and is midway between the Lot river and the Tarn.
